Because this is a digital service that can begin processing immediately, refunds are limited to specific failure cases.

When refunds are not provided

No refunds are provided once processing has started or the service has been delivered.

When refunds may be provided

  • Duplicate charge for the same purchase
  • Technical failure where the service was not delivered as intended

Approved refunds

If approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
