Because we provide digital services that begin processing immediately after you start a job:

No refunds are provided once processing has started or the service has been delivered.

Refunds may be provided only in these cases:

  • Duplicate charge for the same token purchase or subscription
  • Technical failure where the service was not delivered or outputs were not generated

How to request a refund

Email founder@deepintellect-ai.com with:

  • Your account email
  • Payment reference
  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we provide a token credit reversal by adding tokens back to your account. Monetary refunds are not provided for used, partially used, or purchased token bundles/subscriptions.
