Because we provide digital services that begin processing immediately after you start a job:
No refunds are provided once processing has started or the service has been delivered.
Refunds may be provided only in these cases:
- Duplicate charge for the same purchase
- Technical failure where the service was not delivered as intended
How to request a refund
Email founder@deepintellect-ai.com with:
- Your account email
- Payment reference
- A brief description of the issue
If approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
